Mike Geary’s Truth About Six Pack Abs is one of the highest-selling fitness e-books presently on the market, and it's not hard to see why. While this book is focused on fat loss as it pertains to abdominal development, we reviewed it here due to the focus on fat loss, which makes it an attractive program for the right person.

The author suggests a specific type of diet that reportedly changes the way your body reacts to what you eat, and how your body processes that food. Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst's book is an interesting entry in that it approaches weight loss from an alternative perspective: parasites that prevent weight loss. As such, the book focuses on cleansing the body of these parasites, with only secondary concerns on exercise and diet.
